The Happy Club: Terms & Conditions
1. Overview
Welcome to the Lisa Gozlan Loyalty Program (The Happy Club). By joining The Happy Club, you agree to be bound by these Loyalty Program Terms & Conditions (the “Terms”). These Terms supplement and govern any other agreements between you and Lisa Gozlan relating to your use of our website, mobile app, or in-store purchases.
2. Membership & Eligibility

The Happy Club is open to individuals who are at least 16 years old and legally resident in jurisdictions where Lisa Gozlan operates.

Membership is free and limited to one account per person.

Employees of Lisa Gozlan may be eligible for membership, but certain perks or benefits may be restricted at Lisa Gozlan’s discretion.

Membership is personal, non-transferable, and may not be shared or assigned to others.
3. Enrollment

To become a Member, you must create an account via our website - providing your name, email, phone number, and any other required information.

A valid email address is required to receive membership communication and perks notifications.

By enrolling, you confirm your agreement to these Terms.
4. Regional Accounts & Website Separation
The Lisa Gozlan Canadian website and American website operate as separate platforms. Member accounts, purchase history, points, tier status, rewards, and perks do not transfer, sync, or carry over between the Canadian and U.S. websites.
Members must maintain separate accounts for each regional website, and activity on one website will not be reflected on the other.
Lisa Gozlan is not responsible for any loss of points, tier status, or benefits resulting from purchases or account activity on a different regional website.
4. Earning Points / Tiers / Perks

Members will progress through tiers based on their eligible spending, with each tier unlocked after reaching the specified spend threshold.

Spend towards tiers may not be earned on taxes, shipping, or other exclusions as determined by Lisa Gozlan.

Spend toward tiers may also be earned during special promotions, events, or offers at Lisa Gozlan’s discretion.

Accumulated points contribute to membership tiers. Tier thresholds are:

Tier 1 – Brass - $0-$499

Tier 2 – Silver - $500-$999
-
Tier 3 – Gold - $1000-$4999
-
Tier 4 – Diamond - $5000+

Tier status is evaluated over a 365 day rolling period.

Achieving a tier unlocks corresponding benefits / perks, which may include (but are not limited to): early access to sales, exclusive access, free shipping, birthday discounts, event invites, partner benefits. Availability and eligibility of perks may vary by channel (in-store / online) and are subject to change.
5. Redemption & Use of Rewards / Perks

Perks have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash (unless explicitly offered).

Discounts and perks are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and may not be combined with other promotions, unless otherwise specified.

If a purchase earning points or redeemed with points/discounts is returned or exchanged, any earned benefits will be adjusted or forfeited as per Lisa Gozlan’s return policy.
6. Program Changes, Suspension & Termination

Lisa Gozlan reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate The Happy Club or any part of it (tiers, benefits, rules, etc.) at any time, at our sole discretion.

Material changes will be posted on our website (and communicated via email if applicable). Continued use of The Happy Club after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

Members may opt out or cancel their membership at any time via account settings or by contacting customer support. Upon cancellation, all accrued perks, and tier status will be forfeited.
7. Member Conduct & Program Abuse

Membership is intended for personal use only - bulk purchases, resale, or commercial use are prohibited.

Any abuse, manipulation, or misuse of The Happy Club (e.g. multiple accounts, fraudulent orders, reselling, exploiting promotions) may result in forfeiture of points / perks, account suspension, or permanent removal from The Happy Club.

Lisa Gozlan reserves the right to cancel any order, discount, or perk if suspicious activity is detected.
8. Privacy & Communications

By enrolling, you consent to receive communications about The Happy Club (offers, updates, perks) via email, SMS, or other channels as indicated.

You may opt out of non-essential marketing communications by adjusting your preferences in account settings or contacting our customer service.

Personal data submitted for membership will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lisa Gozlan is not liable for any losses or damages arising from your participation in The Happy Club, changes or termination of The Happy Club, or use (or inability to use) perks or benefits.

Lisa Gozlan makes no guarantee of availability or value of any perk or discount at any time.
10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario.

Any dispute arising from or related to The Happy Club shall be resolved in the courts of Toronto, Ontario or via binding arbitration, at Lisa Gozlan’s discretion.
