Shipping & Returns
All made-to-order items are FINAL SALE and therefore not eligible for return or exchange. All other products that are unworn and in original packaging are eligible for exchange or store credit if requested within 7 days of delivery. No refunds are permitted.
Please note shipping charges for returned items are at customer expense.
Store credit or exchange will only be extended once the item(s) have been received and inspected by our team. We reserve the right to refuse exchanges if we deem the product has been misused or the damage is not a defect.

Orders placed locally for ready to ship styles deliver via Fedex Standard within 3-9 business days. We offer FREE Fedex Express delivery on all orders over $150 CAD within Canada (1-2 business days) and USA (2-3 business days).
International orders deliver via Fedex Standard International within 6-10 business days. Please note that orders ship from Canada and may be subject to additional customs fees upon delivery. While we try our very best to keep international shipping costs low, your country’s import fees are out of our control. Thank you for your understanding.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Please make sure to send your packages to a secure address. Once your package is in the hands of a carrier, it becomes the responsibility of the shipping carrier. If your package is lost or stolen in the delivery process or once it is delivered, please file a report with your shipping carrier and notify by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org.
