Shipping + Returns
All made-to-order items are FINAL SALE, thus not eligible for return or exchange. Please reference Product ‘Details’ and/or visit our Made-to-Order collection to view which item(s) are considered MTO.
All other products (i.e. Brass / Gold Vermeil / Sterling Silver) that are unworn and in their original condition, can be returned for store credit or exchange within 14 calendar days of the delivery or pickup date. Refunds to the original payment method will not be permitted for any product.
Gift Returns: Please note in order for gifts to be processed for store credit or exchange, the order number or full name of the purchaser must be provided. Without proof of purchase, a return cannot be authorized.
For a product to be eligible for return, the item must be unworn and in its original packaging.
Please note: We reserve the right to refuse a return or exchange if we deem the product has been misused or the original packaging is missing (i.e.,LG branded Dust Pouch).
DOMESTIC RETURNS (Canada)
If you are local to Toronto, you can always stop by our Yorkville Showroom to process your return. Otherwise, please visit our Returns Portal and our system will generate a return label for you to ship the item(s) back to us. Please reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org if you have any questions or concerns with regards to an online return.
If you are returning from somewhere outside of Canada, please email email@example.com and one of our team members will get back to you with next steps.

READY TO SHIP STYLES
Ready to Ship styles will ship within 2-4 business days from when an order is placed. Once your order has shipped, you will receive email confirmation with your shipment's tracking information.
Made-to-Order styles do not enter production until an order is placed. For this reason, we estimate your made-to-order purchase will ship within 2-6 weeks from the order date. Once your item(s) is ready to ship, you will receive email confirmation with your orders tracking information.
Please allow 24 hours from when shipping confirmation is received for your tracking details to update.
SHIPPING COSTS & DELIVERY TIMES
Please note: Orders take 2-4 business days from when an order is placed to be fulfilled and packaged. Once your order is shipped, you will receive email confirmation with your shipments tracking information. This is when your selected shipping method will come into effect.
We offer FREE standard delivery on all orders over $150 CAD placed within Canada and the US.
Standard Delivery (4-5 Business Days): $10.00
Express Delivery (1-3 Business Days): $20.00

Standard Delivery (6-10 Business days): $40.00

DUTIES & TAXES
For all orders placed within Canada, customers will be charged federal and provincial sales taxes which will vary depending on the province the order is being shipped to. Since Lisa Gozlan Jewelry is a Toronto-based company, Canadian orders will not be subject to any duties/ import taxes upon delivery.
If you are placing an international order with us, your order will be shipped out DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) thus, may incur duties, fees and/or import taxes upon delivery. These are government imposed tarriffs in which payment is mandatory if you wish to receive your shipment. Should you have any questions regarding import duties/taxes please consult your local customs officer.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
When placing an online order for shipment, please ensure the preferred shipping address is secure and correct. Once a parcel has left our facilities, its whereabouts become the responsibility of the shipping carrier. Lisa Gozlan Jewelry will not assume liability for any packages lost/stolen during the delivery process.
