WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
ALL SALES FINAL. We are happy to exchange an item if there is something wrong with the order or if there is a product defect. Exchanges will only be honoured if requested within 7 days of delivery by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and EXCHANGE in the subject line.
Made to order styles are FINAL SALE and will not be refunded or exchanged once the order is complete.
Pre orders purchases are also considered FINAL SALE.
We reserve the right to refuse exchanges if we deem the product has been misused or the damage is not a defect.

HOW DOES PRE ORDER WORK?
A pre-order is an exclusive opportunity to purchase your favourite item before the official launch date. It guarantees your order ships when the item arrives.
MY ORDER IS NOT GOING THROUGH! WHAT'S GOING ON?
If you’re still receiving an error message after reviewing your credit card information, billing and shipping address, make sure you’re using the latest version of your web browser. If the issue persists, please contact your credit card company to ensure there are no holds placed on your card.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
Most orders ship within 1-3 business days of purchase unless a specific ship date is indicated on the product. Delivery times are provided solely as guidelines and are subject to change at any time. Orders placed during a launch will ship within 5 business days. Shipping times may vary due to availability of merchandise. Made to order items will ship within 1-2 weeks of placed order.
OOPS! I NEED TO CHANGE SOMETHING ON MY ORDER.
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org. Include your order number and “Change to Order” in the subject line.
I JUST PLACED AN ORDER ON LISAGOZLAN.COM. CAN I ADD SOMETHING ELSE?
We cannot add items to an existing order. Please place a new order for the item and contact us immediately at email@example.com. We’ll be happy to waive shipping on this additional order if it was placed within 24 hours of the original order and will do our best to consolidate shipping all your items together.
I LIVE IN TORONTO, CAN I COURIER OR PICK UP INSTEAD OF SHIP?
Orders placed locally for ready to ship styles deliver via Canada Post within 1-3 days. If you need your order rushed or would like to arrange pick up from our Yorkville office, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and include your order number. We will do our best to accommodate.
JUST ORDERED A NEW ITEM BUT MY ORDER IS TAKING LONGER THAN NORMAL. IS THERE AN ISSUE?
Orders placed during new collection launches may take longer than usual to process and prepare to ship, due to high volume. We do our best to deliver within the delivery time indicated on each individual product and will inform you if we cannot meet the delivery date.
WHERE IS MY ORDER CONFIRMATION?
As soon as you place an order, you should receive an email confirmation to the email address you entered. You will also be notified when the order ships. If you did not receive an email, please check your junk folder and add email@example.com to your safe sender list.
WHY DID THE PRICE CHANGE?
Please note that item prices are subject to change without notice based on variables such as gold and diamond markets.
