WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We are happy to offer an exchange for another size or store credit, however customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We suggest a tracked service, as packages lost in transit are not our responsibility. Exchanges will only be honoured if requested within 7 days of delivery by emailing customercare@lisagozlan.com. 

Made-to-order styles are FINAL SALE and will not be refunded or exchanged once the order is complete.

Pre order purchases are also considered FINAL SALE. 

We reserve the right to refuse exchanges if we deem the product has been misused or the damage is not a defect. 

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

Please make sure to send your packages to a secure address. Once your package is in the hands of a shipping carrier (Canada Post, FedEx, etc.), it becomes the responsibility of the shipping carrier. If your package is lost or stolen in the delivery process or once it is delivered, please file a report with your shipping carrier and notify by emailing customercare@lisagozlan.com.
