How does The Custom Icon Bracelet work?
Start by choosing your bracelet size, then make it your own by selecting the charms you’d like to add. You must select a minimum of 2 charms from the Universal and Personalized categories, and each charm can be selected a maximum of 3 times.
Once your design is complete, our team will hand-assemble your bracelet just for you. Because each bracelet is made to order, please allow 5-7 business days for your bracelet to be crafted before it ships.
Can I do this in-store?
Yes! From August 28 - 31, all Lisa Gozlan showrooms will be hosting our Build Your Own Charm Bracelet experience.
This experience is available by appointment only. To reserve your spot at your nearest showroom, click here.
Kindly note that each appointment is reserved for one guest to create one bracelet. If you’d like to create additional bracelets, please book a separate appointment for each one.
Can I choose any combination of charms?
Yes! Mix and match your favourite charms to create a bracelet that’s uniquely yours. Please note, you must include a minimum of 2 charms from the Personalized and Universal sections, and you can select the same charm a maximum of 3 times.
How many charms can I add?
The number of beads you can add depends on your selected bracelet size. The builder will guide you on the recommended number of beads for the best fit.
For each bracelet size, you can choose the following number of custom charms:
- 6" Bracelet: 11 beads
- 7" Bracelet: 12 beads
- 8" Bracelet: 13 beads
Can I reorder the charms before checkout?
Yes! You can drag and rearrange your charms until your design is exactly how you want it.
Can I edit my bracelet after adding it to my cart?
Yes. Simply return to the builder from your cart by clicking the edit button to make any changes before completing your purchase. Once an order is placed, it will be final sale and cannot be exchanged or returned.
Can I purchase the bracelet without any charms?
No. This experience is designed to create a personalized charm bracelet and requires charms to be chosen. For a similar design, you can shop our Duo Square Mixer, or other bracelets.
Will my bracelet arrive assembled?
Yes. Every bracelet is hand-assembled by our team and arrives ready to wear. Please allow 5-7 business days for your bracelet to be crafted before it ships.
Is The Custom Icon Bracelets final sale?
Because each bracelet is custom assembled just for you, Build Your Own Charm Bracelets are final sale.
How long will my order take to ship?
Each Custom Icon Bracelet is hand-strung on elastic wire and made to order just for you. Please allow 5-7 business days for your bracelet to be crafted before it ships.
