What is your return policy?
ALL SALES FINAL. We are happy to offer an exchange for another size or store credit, however customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Exchanges will only be honoured if requested within 7 days of delivery by emailing customercare@lisagozlan.com.
Made-to-order styles are FINAL SALE and will not be refunded or exchanged once the order is complete.
Pre order purchases are also considered FINAL SALE.
We reserve the right to refuse exchanges if we deem the product has been misused or the damage is not a defect.
I live in Toronto, can I courier or pick up instead of ship?
Yes! We offer local pick up from our Yorkville Toronto Showroom when selected at checkout. If you need your order rushed please email us at customercare@lisagozlan.com and include your order number. We will do our best to accommodate.
When will my order ship?
Most orders ship within 1-3 business days of purchase unless a specific ship date is indicated on the product. Delivery times are provided solely as guidelines and are subject to change at any time. Orders placed during a launch will ship within 5 business days. Made to order items will ship within 4-6 weeks of placed order.
My favourite item is sold out. When will it come back in stock?
If the style or size you are looking for is sold out, please sign up for the ‘back in stock’ notification. You will be the first to be notified when new inventory is available for purchase or please contact customercare@lisagozlan.com to place a special order. We also accommodate custom orders.

Orders placed locally for ready to ship styles deliver via Fedex Standard within 3-9 business days. We offer FREE Fedex Express delivery on all orders over $200 CAD within Canada (1-2 business days) and USA (2-3 business days).

International Shipping
We ship internationally. International orders deliver via Fedex Standard International within 6-10 business days. Please note that orders ship from Canada and may be subject to additional customs fees upon delivery.
