What is your return policy?
All made-to-order items are FINAL SALE and therefore not eligible for return or exchange. All other products that are unworn and in original packaging are eligible for exchange or store credit within 7 days of purchase or delivery.
Please note shipping charges for returned items are at customer expense and store credit or exchange will only be extended once the item(s) have been received and inspected by our team. For more information, please visit Shipping + Returns
Do you offer an extended holiday return policy?
Absolutely! All purchases made between November 1st, 2021 and December 24th, 2021 can be returned for store credit or exchange up to January 7th, 2022. *Please note at checkout if your order is a gift*
Do you offer local pickup for online orders?
Yes! At checkout you can select local pickup from our Toronto Showroom - located at 87 Cumberland Street. Orders placed will be available for pickup within 24 hours of purchase.
When will my order ship?
Orders ship within 1-3 business days of purchase unless a specific ship date is indicated on the product. Delivery times are provided solely as guidelines and are subject to change at any time. Orders placed during a launch will ship within 5 business days. Made to order items will ship within 4-6 weeks of placed order.
Orders placed locally for ready to ship styles deliver via Fedex Standard within 3-9 business days. We offer FREE Fedex Express delivery on all orders over $150 CAD within Canada (1-2 business days) and USA (2-3 business days).
You can follow your order with the tracking information provided in your shipment notification email.
We ship internationally. International orders deliver via Fedex Standard International within 6-10 business days. Please note that orders ship from Canada and may be subject to additional customs fees upon delivery.
